Confidence is the RESULT of Taking Actions

This has been a great week for me and it’s only Tuesday!

I almost move on to work on the next thing and dismiss what’s been coming together for me. I caught myself minimizing the achievements.

So I pulse and savor the moment with this post!

We see the success people have achieved from the outside. Yet, we often don’t see the sweat and tears others have been through inside.

I love sharing my messy process so people know – so much of the results come from months of taking tiny actions. Of course, I have many doubts and fears.

  • My imposter came up when I reached out to podcast hosts.
  • I spent way too much time writing, reviewing and editing my stories before it’s public.
  • I’ve been impatient about not hearing back or feeling missing opportunities.
  • I took no-shows personally.
  • I’ve wondered if I would ever “make it” with coaching.

However, I keep going back to taking tiny actions. Because I know confidence is not a prerequisite for me to do anything. It is the RESULTS of taking actions. My confidence grows whenever I stretch myself.

I am a blogger, public speaker, YouTuber, writer, and a coach – however you name it.

Yet, what’s truly keeping me going is being human, wanting the best life for myself and those people who I get to touch!

Love,
Wen
