Choose YOU – Reclaim Your Power in the World of “Shoulds”

This is an unconventional marketing message for my new group coaching program named: Choose YOU – Reclaim Your Power in the World of “Shoulds”

Here are a few “shoulds” I’ve learned about selling a coaching program.

1. I should market the program by tapping into people’s pains and fears to push them into actions.
2. I should focus on painting a big picture of what people think they want – especially money or status. It’s even better if the program is called 7 steps to more money and higher status.
3. I should project myself as the expert who have it all figured out.
4. I should mass market the message. It’s all about the funnel.

The shoulds go on and on. I don’t know about you. I’m tired of being bombarded by marketing messages by experts. Especially the ones promise short-cut to amazing outcomes and under-deliver.

I choose not to follow the traditional market approach because I don’t see people as a number, a funnel, or someone to be manipulated. I trust that you make the best choice you can for you! I believe in building relationships so I grow my coaching business one deep conversation at a time.

When I choose myself and claim my power back from the marketing world of “shoulds”, here is how I like to play with the group coaching program:

1. I’ll show up and hide nothing from you. I would love if you are scared by the thought AND secretly crave it for yourself too.
2. I see you, fully, for who you really are, beyond your title, responsibilities, and your “shoulds”.
3. I cultivate a fascinating community of women with the courage to choose themselves.
4. I’ll challenge your thinking and I am happy to be challenged.
5. I am a few steps ahead of you but I don’t have all the answers (that’ll be really boring)
6. I am your partner and guide on the journey of reclaiming your power back so you step into more and more of you!
7. I see the spark of your gifts and bring them front and center for you to see it too.
8. We are going to invite our inner child to play and have fun!

Why the program?

I believe underneath the things we pursue is the deep longing for true connections, love, and meanings. However, when we follow the “shoulds” given to us, we are not getting to what we really want (but what we think we want or should want).

The truth is – we own the key to what we truly desire if we choose! I create this program because I want you to choose YOU!

Freedom, confidence, and fulfillment might just be the inevitable outcome.
