How I Had My Highest Revenue Month

After I shared about my record revenue month, a few people reached out and asked:

“How did you do it?”

Especially now—when so many people are cautious about spending.

Here’s my honest answer. It came down to three things:

1. I slowed down to coach really well.

Not by following a script, but by deeply trusting my lived experience and intuition.

2. I showed up authentically and consistently.

Not every post goes viral. Not every outreach gets a reply.
But I keep showing up as myself—without performing or pretending.

3. I stopped worrying about where the next client would come from.

That shift freed up my energy.
I focused fully on serving the person in front of me—whether or not they became a client.
From that grounded place, I followed what felt aligned and meaningful.

And you know what? The clients came.

Here’s where the revenue came from:

  • A client I’ve worked with for over two years
  • A referral from a client’s manager
  • Someone new who had quietly read my LinkedIn posts for months
  • A client who completed a short package and asked to continue for a year—before I even made a new proposal
  • A referral who was already aligned with my values and said yes before our discovery call

That’s why it feels easy.

No pressure. No chasing.

Just trust, connection, and aligned action.

Will I have another slow month in the future?

Absolutely.

Will I still be having fun when that happens?

I bet I will. 😉

Loving you,
Wen
