What most people know about me is the leadership I bring into companies. I got a track record of taking over new teams and transforming them into self-sustainable teams to deliver quality work way ahead of schedule. I helped drive ambiguous projects into well-integrated features that bring in double the revenue streams and save tremendous operation cost.
I am talented in seeing potential in others regardless of their background, experience, and title. I am known for providing a safe space and being a model for others to grow into authentic and powerful leaders. I’ve coached leaders to create leaders themselves. In the challenging time of keeping talents, I not only keep the best talents, I continue to spot, attract, and develop the best talents.
I’ve really been doing this for my entire life. From 6 years old, I knew I was different. I was curious and adventurous. The traditional “one right answer” approach just did not work for me. I didn’t have good grades or go to top schools. I have had confidence issues almost my entire life. Little did I know, my weakness would become my strength one day.
From the sameness that everybody pursued, I got really good at identifying the unique strengths others have. I can easily see the power in people even when they don’t see it themselves. Later, I became known as a leader who creates safety and brings out the best in others. Especially, when they don’t follow the conventional paths.
What most people don’t know about me is that I sometimes forget about my own power. I have a problem saying NOs to others. I feel anxious when I stop producing. I secretly think I just got lucky so far. I have too many goals and beat myself up for not achieving all of them. I sometimes feel alone in the world of sameness and still want to fit in.
I work with leaders who thrive because of their unique strengths. Their strengths come so natural to them, so they can’t even see their own gifts. They are intuitive and mission-driven. They are passionate about learning from doing. They embrace changes although fear is always present. They choose to do it anyway. Because, fear is how they know they are in the right game! They feel most alive when they follow their hearts and go after what they truly want. I help them create a fulfilling life in their own definition.
But they can get too logical to feel their own emotions. They can operate at such a high speed, they forget to slow down and anchor themselves on what’s truly important. They can become insensitive to their own needs and only realize it after they exhaust themselves. They have problems setting boundaries so they are afraid of going all out again. Regardless of the great life they’ve created, they still have the fear of missing out and keep chasing the “best life”.
If this sound like you,
If you want to be a powerful leader who truly embraces your own unique strengths,
If you like to bring out the best in others,
If you want to reach your full potential – intellectually, emotionally, and financially,
You and I should have a conversation!
