The Only Impossible Journey Is The One You Never Begin

“The only impossible journey is the one you never begin” ~ Tony Robbins

I have a client who is an inspiring and intuitive leader. Her life is full of amazing stories. She experienced the collapse of the Soviet Union first hand. She moved across the country to the US regardless of having a great job in Ukraine. She co-founded a startup and learned a ton from that experience. She changed her career from a stable engineering role to a sales executive role and has been rocking it. She’s taken big steps to change her life. She is courageous and confident with a great mission to change the world for the better.

Yet, she found me at her low point.

She was unhappy at work. Her company’s values no longer aligned with hers. She struggled to be authentic. She questioned the meaning of working there. That’s when we started the partnership.

One coaching session in, she quit her job. She is determined to find a more fulfilling career and a balanced life. She learned about how she shows up on a good day and under stress. She created the awareness of choices on how she wanted to respond to situations.

In the second session, we focused on slowing her down. She resisted the idea because she had built her success by going all in and keeping herself busy. The fear of missing out had been driving her and she was rarely at peace with herself. I taught her the concept of slowing down to speed up. I challenged her to create more space for herself.

In the third session, we continued the topic of slowing down as I know it takes time to relax the intense muscle that we build up for years. We also explored her dreams. I helped her to get clarity and helped her to dream even bigger. I drew out her mission. I had her say out loud that she wanted to have her own business. I saw her deep desire to have a family while running a successful business. When she finally arrived at her impossible goal, I saw her face lift up with mixed emotions: relaxed, excited, nervous. I know she’s ready to transform herself the moment she sees what she really really really wants.

In the fourth session, we discussed her scarcity of time and found ways for her to be present and in the flow. We went deep into her fears of not being able to fully commit in her relationship even when her soul yearned for the deep connection and companionship. I helped her turn that fear into curiosity so she can be open to all the possibilities. I helped her shift from the lack of now to seeing time and life with abundance!

By the fifth session, we talked how she can design her life by showing up, fully

She started to turn her consulting dream into a reality by helping one client at a time, deeply.
She’s finding a company that she’s excited about and building the experience that will enrich her own consulting company.
She puts her personal life in the equation for the first time and seeks a work environment that supports it.
She continues to be present and curious to deepen her personal relationship.
She steps into her power and expresses herself.
She is taking small and big actions to create her best life while fully enjoying the journey.

This is what I do. I help people see their own power even when they can’t see it themselves. I help them see their wildest dreams. I help them transform from the old winning strategy to re-inventing themselves and taking actions. I partner with my clients to make the impossible into a reality. If this sounds like what you want for yourself, let’s talk.

Love,
Wen
