After spending two lovely months with my family, I’m ready to bring myself and my business to a new level.
As I see increasing number of talented coaches entering the field, I can’t help but ponder – “How do I stand out in an ocean of coaches?” 🌊✨
The question isn’t unique to coaching; it’s universal, whether you’re job hunting, standing out among peers, or differentiating products in the age of AI 🤖.
The question might seem legitimate but it’s actually a trap.
Asking “how do I stand out?” places me in an imaginary battle against perceived competitors, pushing me to prove I’m more deserving of attention, time, and investment.
It triggers the “not-enoughness” in me, compelling me to believe I must be different or do more.
This is a powerful example of how our words shapes our world view. 🌐
Hence, I shifted the question I ask – “why do people work with me?”
Reflections from numerous client interviews yielded two crucial insights:
- Serendipity: I happen to show up at the right place at the right time when my clients are ready for a change.
- Trust: Above all, my clients trust me. They value my authenticity, my deep understanding of their journey, and our shared vision for new possibilities.
With these insights, my path becomes clear:
- Presence: I’ll continue to show up, fostering connections that feel like fate.
- Authenticity: Being unapologetically me! THAT is how I truly stand out. 🌟
How about you?
How might being yourself be your superpower to craft your own path?
Love,
Wen
